The whole factory covers an area of 70,000 sq.m. with standard workshop over 30,000 sq.m., of which 3000 sq.m. is super purified workplace. Jiya owns a contingent qualified workforce of more than1000 people, among who over 400 are technicians in various fields. Now the company has 5 professors, 26 senior engineers, 15 MBAs and post-graduates. The technology and equipment imported from Japan facilitate the production with an annual capacity 50,000m2 for TN/STN LCD under 640*480 dots and 5million modules.

The company exerts great effort in exploring and developing domestic and overseas market. It has established sales representative offices in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Qingdao and Shanghai successively.
